Claude Louis Duboc Was Born June 27, 1942, French American 

Claude's Mantra: BE ON SPOT AND ON TIME! 
Meaning when two vessels' rendezvous at sea. 

Mothership (ALIDADE)

In 1983 Claude found a French Marine (Navy) Training Ship moored in Le Havre, France. (Le Havre is the main Atlantic Ocean side port of France.)

The vessel was unique in that it had very little use. For example, the French Navy Training Crew would conduct this 180 ft ship out within a few miles of French coastline

(Atlantic Ocean) take a few sextant measurements and come right back in. It was constructed in the 1960's and had very few hard sea miles.

The range was incredible 25,000 miles on a single "tank" at 1.4 knots cruising speed. Theoretically, one could circumvent the world on one fuel fill up.

From there they converted the ALIDADE ship to a Geophysical Survey Vessel with all the bells & whistles: fake submarine on deck, Zodiac Rafts capable each of hailing a ton or more.

They needed these inflatable rafts for the "transfers" to the fishing vessels on the Canadian side. The ALIDADE ship was made to look like a vessel that would be used primarily for offshore oil exploration work.

The profile was perfect! There are two other vessels in route to help deliver hashish and marijuana along with the ALIDADE.

1988 Valentines Day - Claude had John Knock deliver $1, MILLION cash in $100.00 notes to Julie Roberts. John's statement, "This is a gift from Claude!" This took place on the side of the road in Sonoma County, California.

1993 Claude and I are flying in a private airplane from Vancouver to another part of Canada. Julie Roberts, I remember telling him, "I can't do this work anymore. After the next (two projects are completed) I'm done." He put his hand on my knee.

He looked into my eyes and sincerely said, "You don't want to make money with me anymore?"

1994 Geneva, Switzerland at the Hilton Hotel meeting with Michael Rogerson. Durning our conversation Claude never took his eyes off of me from the first time we met, until we departed in Switzerland. Soon after he is arrested.

A generous man with a good heart. He took me on a journey. One I will never forget.

He is recovering from living in prison. He is currently living with his former wife and enjoying his two daughters and their families.

March 25, 1994, Claude Louis Duboc was arrested in Hong Kong then extradited to Florida. Release date: May 28, 2020. (26 years)
