July 16, 1992 associate Albert Madrid, Kenneth Cowles, George Lorry Burden a Canadian, Eric Krenbrink, Robert Watt and Chris Turner an American were arrested in a warehouse with six tons of hashish in Richmond,

British Columbia. A Thirty- Five ton hashish project, the remaining 29 tons were successfully distributed throughout Canada.

1996 Albert jumped bail in Canada, He decided to run. He stopped in Spain were a diplomat friend helped get him this temporary Canadian Passport. Soon after he received a legitimate Canadian Passport. He fled to Mexico, where he was arrested.
